You decide what you want to create. I'll help you build the capacity to embody it through customized somatic practices, energy work, and intentional reflection.

Calibrating
As you move forward, we pause and check in. What's shifting? What's still asking for your attention? What needs to be released, adjusted, or nurtured?

Claiming
You begin to recognize and embody this next version of yourself—not as someone you have to become, but as someone who has been emerging all along.

How It Works

• 1:1 private, highly customized coaching and energy work

• Two 50-minute sessions per month, via Zoom or phone

• Three-month minimum (six sessions total)

• $450 total ($150/month), paid upfront or in installments

Every session is shaped around what you need in that moment. Your work may incorporate intuitive coaching, somatic practices, Reiki, energy healing, reflection, and other supportive practices.

I've been working with Oracle cards daily for the past eight years. I use them for my own guidance and reflection—to explore the energy of the day, week, month, and year—and I love sharing this playful, intuitive practice with others.

What to Expect

You’ll have the opportunity to choose from my collection of Oracle card decks, or you can let me intuitively choose the deck for you.

Once we begin, you’ll think about your inquiry or intention. You don't need to share it with me. While you focus on what you want guidance around, I’ll clear the energy of the deck and prepare the cards.

You’ll then hold your intention in your mind while I shuffle. When you feel ready, you’ll tell me when to stop.

I’ll draw three cards, each offering a different perspective:

• Where you are now — the energy or circumstances surrounding your question

• What you need to know — insight, guidance, or something to consider

• Where this is going — the energy and possibilities surrounding what comes next

There is no need to have a perfectly worded question or know exactly what you’re looking for. Come curious, bring an open mind, and see what the cards have to say.

An opportunity to connect in a unique way. In collaboration with Crossroads Bookshop in Walkertown, NC. I will be hosting a journaling club following The Book of Alchemy by Suleika Jaouad - we will read an essay and then we write for 10 minutes. Then we discuss - no pressure to share what you wrote or share at all. If you choose to share it can be about what you wrote, your experience of writing, a related experience, the essay itself, or anything at all.
