Midlife lady meet up every other month, in person (Winston-Salem) for 2 hours. Opportunity to ground, connect, share with other women in a judgement free zone.
This will include some breathwork, possibly gentle movement, and an opportunity to genuinely connect and share. This is a time honored tradition of women gathering to support one another and be in community.
Cost is per session.
